The gentleman servicing the went, Ron, was very personable and transparent with everything he was doing. It was relatively quick & efficient. Though the Dryer vent hose that he replaced was a bit pricey, there was no service fee (as others charge), and he came on a Saturday morning…which was great, since I couldn’t be home during mornings Monday-Friday, and other places would only service my area during the normal M-F work week. The lack of service fee, that others charge, and him coming on a Saturday, more than made up for any mark-up on the hose. Very solid job. Very personable technician, and competitive rates.
