Be wary of pricing when you shop for a reputable vendor to clean your dryer vents! Not all companies have the right tools, training, and guarantee to make sure your home is safe from fire and that your dryer works correctly.
Our dryer vent cleaning prices are all-inclusive. We don’t charge trip fees, inspection fees, camera fees, or other hidden fees! When we say our vent cleanings generally cost between $159-199, that’s what we mean and that’s what you’ll pay! We don’t like it when technicians charge us high fees and are not transparent ahead of time and we treat our customers the way we want to be treated!
Dryer Vent Cleaning Pricing
Our pricing is based on where your dryer vent exits your home. If your exterior vent is ground level or somewhere on the first floor, our vent cleaning is $159. This price includes the following:
- Air flow meter from outside before cleaning
- Full video camera inspection of your entire vent run before and after and we share images with you
- Cleaning from BOTH the interior and exterior – we ensure the entire run is clean
- We use AirSleds to move your dryer around so there is no floor damage
- We clean the rear of your dryer
- We clean and wash your lint trap and use special vacuums to get the lint far below your lint trap INSIDE your dryer
- We use full HEPA vacuums to trap all lint, keeping your home lint free
- We clean under and behind your dryer, making it look like new
- We wipe down your appliances so they sparkle
- We inspect your washer hoses to make sure there are no leaks and can replace them
- We do a safety inspection of your dryer and vent and recommend upgrades if needed
- We inspect the hose and clamps behind the dryer and can replace
- We inspect the exterior door and remove screens and ensure proper function
- We use Pro-Spin brushes to polish the interior of your vent so lint is less likely to gather
- Lastly, we measure the airflow to show how much better your dryer is blowing
If your vent is on the 2nd story wall, we charge $199 and if your vent terminates on your roof, we charge $249 and bring a two-person crew for ladder safety.
How Much Are Common Upgrades?
If you need a better hose, we install crush-resistant, commercial-grade, high-flow vent tubes to connect your dryer to the wall. These GREATLY improve airflow and reduce the dryer time and we install thousands of these a year. A typical 4′ tube with new clamps is $69, and a typical 8′ tube with clamps is $89.
If you have a broken exterior door, or have a bird or rodent problem, we can install magnetic exterior doors that have a lifetime warranty and perform much better than the cheap, plastic doors on most homes. These are $119.
We do a wide range of vent re-routes, repairs, and upgrades and can quote these on-site.
We also do multifamily, apartment buildings, condos, and HOAs. If you need service for a larger number of units, we can give you a price-competitive quote!
Air Duct Cleaning Pricing
Our pricing is based on the size of your home and accessibility of your ductwork. If your home has 12 or more ducts, we offer a duct cleaning service for $499 for the first 12 ducts, and throw in a dryer vent cleaning for free! Additional vents beyond the initial 12 are $30 each.
This service includes:
- Complete system inspection with video camera access to confirm condition before and after cleaning
- Thorough cleaning of every vent and return, using professional-grade negative air machines and HEPA vacuums to capture all dust, dirt, and allergens
- Rotary brush system to scrub the inside of your ductwork and remove built-up debris
- Cleaning of registers and grilles, removing and washing each one before reinstalling
- Furnace and blower compartment cleaning to ensure the heart of your system is free of dust and buildup
- Seal check of duct connections to identify any leaks or inefficiencies
For homes with hard-to-reach ductwork (such as attic-only access or multiple HVAC systems), we bring an additional technician and specialized equipment for safe, complete cleaning. Additional charges may apply.
